We are involved in different type of research projects for both basic and applied sciences. Here, our first objective is to develop software packages and in silico tools for students and researchers involved in different domains of biological sciences including Genomics and Bioinformatics.

Secondly, we are also generating outputs by analysing high throughput datasets available at different data archives e.g. NCBI-SRA, PubChem, DDBJ, ENA, UniProtKB, ExPASy, PDB, ArrayExpress, dbSNP, dbVAR, FlyBASE, KEGG, PRIDE etc. 

Our ultimate goal is to develop user friendly pipelines, tools, and databases. Additionally, we will generate research outputs, useful for not only the scientists but also for common people.
