One-month internship
"Bioinformatics Edge: Foundations to Advanced Multi-Omics"
November 25 - December 25, 2026
In this internship, we will provide training ranging from basic to advanced in all techniques, including extensive training in "R", "Python", and "Linux".
In addition, we will provide training in Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) data analysis (i.e., whole-genome assembly and annotation, RNA-Seq, and Variant detection), Drug design, Computational Chemistry, and Biostatistics.
It is specifically designed for students (undergraduates and postgraduates), researchers, and faculty who want to begin learning bioinformatics.
We will cover the basics to advanced aspects of all the topics mentioned below.
Who can participate: Students (B.Sc./B.Tech/M.Sc./M.Tech/MBBS), College Students, Research Fellows (JRF/SRF/RA, etc.), PhD students, Faculty, Scientists, and Company Personnel.
