We are organising this workshop of high quality, for the participants interested in the genomics, bioinformatics, and genome annotations. In this workshop, different trainers from European Bioinformatics Institute (EMBL-EBI) will provide the hands-on training sessions of 'Ensembl Genome browser, and 'BioMart'. This workshop will be equally useful for the researchers working with any domain of life (e.g. microbes, animals, fungus, and plants).
Who can participate: Students (B.Sc./B.Tech/M.Sc./M.Tech), Research Fellows, PhD Student, Faculty, Scientists, and Company Personals.
Date: October 03-11, 2022
Time: 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM Indian Standard time (IST)
Last date of registration: October 01, 2022
Registration Fee: Rs. 500/- Indian Participants, $15 (USD) for International Participants.
We will provide E-certificates to all the registered participants, issued by European Bioinformatics Institute (EMBL-EBI), European Molecular Biology Laboratory, Wellcome Genome Campus, Cambridge, UK.
The entire workshop will be online and interactive.
We will provide the link (e.g. Webex) to join the workshop a day before the event.
Participants do not need to install any software package/tool for this workshop. No programming or knowledge of Bioinformatics required.
Workshop material will be available for the registered participants.
All the training sessions will be delivered by EMBL-EBI project leaders (resource persons).
Participants must have access to the laptop/desktop with a stable internet connection.
Elementary knowledge of molecular biology/genetics.
