We are organising this workshop of high quality, for the participants interested to explore the plant genomics resources and tools available at Ensembl database. In this workshop, different trainers from European Bioinformatics Institute (EMBL-EBI) and Ensembl will provide the hands-on training sessions of "Ensembl Plants browser and REST API workshop". This workshop will be equally useful for the researchers working in the area of plant sciences.
Who can participate: Students (B.Sc./B.Tech/M.Sc./M.Tech), Research Fellows, PhD Student, Faculty, Scientists, and Company Personals.

Registration Fee: Rs. 500/- Indian Participants, $15 (USD) for International Participants.
Certification
E-certificates to all the registered participants, issued by European Bioinformatics Institute (EMBL-EBI), European Molecular Biology Laboratory, Wellcome Genome Campus, Cambridge, UK.
Highlights

The entire workshop will be online and interactive.

We will provide the link (e.g. Webex) to join the workshop a day before the event.

Participants do not need to install any software package/tool for this workshop.

No programming or knowledge of Bioinformatics required.

Workshop material will be available for the registered participants.

All the training sessions will be delivered by EMBL-EBI project leaders (resource persons).
Prerequisites

Participants must have access to the laptop/desktop with a stable internet connection.

Elementary knowledge of molecular biology/genetics.
