We are organising this workshop of high quality, for the participants interested in the genomics, bioinformatics, and genome annotations. In this workshop, different trainers from European Bioinformatics Institute (EMBL-EBI) will provide the hands-on training sessions of 'Ensembl Genome browser, and Ensembl REST Application Programming Interfaces (APIs)'. This workshop will cover the topics from basics to advanced techniques of genomics data handling. This workshop will be equally useful for the researchers working with any domain of life (e.g. microbes, animals, fungus, and plants). At the successful completion of this workshop, participants will be become expert of all the modules of Ensembl Genome browser, and Ensembl REST Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) for their research.
Who can participate: Students (B.Sc./B.Tech/M.Sc./M.Tech), Research Fellows, PhD Student, Faculty, Scientists, and Company Personals.
