Basic to advanced Bioinformatics and Multiomics data analysis
July 01 - August 02, 2025
In this internship, we will provide basics to advanced training of all the tools, techniques, and methodologies used to learn Bioinformatics, Genomics, Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) data analysis, Network Analysis, Drug designing, and Machine Learning techniques. In addition to that, we will also provide training of programming in 'R', Python, linux commands, and bash scripts.
After this internship, participant will be perfectly ready to start Master's degree/PhD/Postdoctoral research in the areas mentioned. This event will provide a platform for faculty and researchers to improve their skills by updating themselves with latest methodologies in these areas. We will cover basics to advanced aspects of all the topics mentioned below.
Who can participate: Students (B.Sc./B.Tech/M.Sc./M.Tech/MBBS), Research Fellows (JRF/SRF/RA etc.), PhD students, Faculty, Scientists, and Company Personals.
