One-month internship
"Bioinformatics Mastery: From Beginner Foundations to Advanced Genomics & Multi-Omics Analysis”
July 04 - 31, 2026
In this internship, we will provide basics to advanced training of all the techniques including extensive training of "R", "Python", and "Linux".
In addition to this, we will provide the training of Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) data analysis(i.e., Whole Genome Assembly and annotations, RNA-Seq and Variation detection), Drug designing, Computational Chemistry, and Biostatistics.
It is specifically designed for students (Undergraduates & Postgraduates), researchers, and faculty who want to start learning bioinformatics.
We will cover the basics to advanced aspects of all the topics mentioned below.
Who can participate: Students (B.Sc./B.Tech/M.Sc./M.Tech/MBBS), College Students, Research Fellows (JRF/SRF/RA etc.), PhD students, Faculty, Scientists, and Company Personnel.
