One Month Internship on
Bioinformatics, Genomics, and Drug Designing
(Basic to Advanced analysis)
December 10, 2025 - January 08, 2026
In this workshop, we will provide basic to advanced training of Bioinformatics techniques ('R', Python, linux commands, and bash scripts) with different kind of data analysis with graph preparation (Publication type).
Next, we will provide basics to advanced training of all the tools, techniques, and methodologies used to learn Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) data analysis, Genomics, Network Analysis (Network Biology with training of Cytoscape), Drug designing and Computational Chemistry.
This event will provide a platform for faculty and researchers to improve their skills by updating themselves with latest methodologies in these areas. We will cover basics to advanced aspects of all the topics mentioned below.
Who can participate: Students (B.Sc./B.Tech/M.Sc./M.Tech/MBBS), Research Fellows (JRF/SRF/RA etc.), PhD students, Faculty, Scientists, and Company Personals.
