International Workshop on
Basics Bioinformatics, and Next Generation Sequencing data analysis

This workshop is designed to provide hands-on training of different modules of Basic Bioinformatics (Linux System, Python, Biopython, and R), and all type of Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) analysis including including NGS data processing, Whole Genome Assembly, Genome Alignments, Variant calling, RNA-Seq data analysis, Metagenomics data and Microbiome data analysis.
This event is specially designed for the beginners in the field, and very useful for the students ans researchers already working in the field.
Who can participate: Students (B.Sc./B.Tech/M.Sc./M.Tech/MBBS), Research Fellows (Ph.D. students), Researchers (JRF/SRF/RA), Faculty, Scientists, and Company Personals.
Workshop Logistics
Last date of registration: February 08, 2023.
Fee: Rs. 970/- for Indian Participants, $25 (USD) for International Participants.
Prerequisite for the workshop

Computer/Laptop with stable internet connection, and MIC.

Basic knowledge of molecular biology.
Certification and other highlights

Participants must have access to the laptop/desktop with a stable internet connection.

The entire training will be online and interactive (16-20 Hours).
