One Month Internship 
in the area of 
“Bioinformatics, Genomics, and NGS data Analysis"
June 19 -  July 18, 2021

In this internship, we will provide basics to advanced training of all the tools, techniques, and methodologies scientists are using in the research. After this internship programme, participant will be perfectly ready to start Master's degree/PhD/Postdoctoral research in the area of Bioinformatics, Genomics and Big data analysis, and other related techniques like Next Generation Sequencing data analysis. This internship programme will provide a platform for faculty and researchers to improve their skills by updating themselves with latest methodologies in the area. We will cover basics to advanced aspects of all the topics mentioned.   


Who can participate: Students (B.Sc./B.Tech/M.Sc./M.Tech), Research Fellows (Ph.D. fellows), Researchers, Faculty, Scientists, and Company Personals.

Last date of registration: June  18, 2021

Fee: Rs. 1000/- for Indian Participants, $20 (USD) for International Participants.

  • Participants must have access to the laptop/desktop with a stable internet connection. 

  • Participants successfully completing the internship will be provided with E-certificate.

  • The entire internship will be online and interactive.

  • We will provide the full recordings of all the internship sessions. 

  • We will provide the link (e.g. Webex) to join the training sessions.
