One months internship in the area of
Bioinformatics, Genomics, Machine Learning and NGS data analysis
June 19 - July 21, 2023
In this internship, we will provide basics to advanced training of all the tools, techniques, and methodologies used to learn multiomics data analysis e.g. Bioinformatics, Genomics, Proteomics, Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) data analysis. After this internship, participant will be perfectly ready to start Master's degree/PhD/Postdoctoral research in the areas mentioned above. This event will provide a platform for faculty and researchers to improve their skills by updating themselves with latest methodologies in the area. We will cover basics to advanced aspects of all the topics mentioned below.
Who can participate: Students (B.Sc./B.Tech/M.Sc./M.Tech/MBBS), Research Fellows (Ph.D. students), Researchers (JRF/SRF/RA), Faculty, Scientists, and Company Personals.
Last date of registration: June 17, 2023.
Fee: Rs. 1200/- for Indian Participants, $20 (USD) for International Participants.
Timings: 07:00 PM - 08:00 PM Indian Standard Time (IST). Every session will be 60-70 minutes duration.
Prerequisite for the workshop
Computer/Laptop with stable internet connection, and MIC.
Basic knowledge of molecular biology.
Certification and other highlights
Participants must have access to the laptop/desktop with a stable internet connection.
Participants successfully completing the training will be provided with E-certificate.
The entire training will be online and interactive (16-20 Hours).
We will provide the full recordings of all the training sessions.
We will provide the link (e.g. Webex) to join the training sessions, one day before the event.
